For example, if you live in Japan then it might be necessary for at least one person who owns shares in your company to physically visit Japan once every three years; otherwise.

You should also check how much time it takes for someone from an overseas location (like Hong Kong) to register a new business based on where they live (such as in Japan). If it takes too long then you might not want to go ahead with registering a new company just yet.
Write A Mission Statement

Do you want to focus on a narrow niche (like pet grooming) or will your business serve everyone (like an eCommerce site)? Will your products be physical or digital in nature? How about both?
You also need to consider which customers or clients will use these products and how much money they’re likely to spend. Once you have some ideas here, it’s time to create a value proposition. This is essentially a list of all of the benefits that your customers are going to get by doing business with you.
Write Out What To Charge For Services
Pricing your services is often one of the most difficult aspects of starting a business. There are no hard and fast rules, but there are some considerations that will make it easier for you to come up with a price list that makes sense for your business.

The answer to that question could be different depending on how much revenue you think your business will generate (e.g., more expensive marketing = more expensive product = more revenue). When deciding how much money to spend on advertising, look at your competitors’ budgets as well as what they are doing.
